What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with a qualified crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and non-alcoholic refreshments. The specific amenities provided may differ depending on the charter type — for instance, sunset cruises feature upscale refreshments and snacks, whereas corporate charters offer amenities suitable for business, such as meeting facilities and catering tailored to professional gatherings.
How far in advance should I book?
We suggest reserving your charter 2–3 weeks prior to your intended date, and this is particularly advisable during the high season, which runs from May to September. For business gatherings and unique events, it's best to book 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure a wider selection of yachts and adequate time for personalization of your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our foremost concern is your safety. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are not safe, we offer the option to choose a new date for your charter or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your departure if we feel the weather may pose an issue.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are free to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide excellent catering services with customizable menu options. For safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We make every effort to ensure our guests' comfort. Certain yachts in our fleet offer better facilities for those with mobility concerns. We encourage you to get in touch with us about any specific requirements when booking, and we'll recommend a suitable yacht and make any necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours ahead of your departure are fully refundable. If you cancel between 24 to 72 hours before departure, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in cases of unsafe weather or mechanical difficulties attributable to us.
